SEO with Header Tags

It is indeed important to use Header Tag in all your website Pages. Specially H1, H2 and H3 Tag helps you to improve SEO ranks.

H1 tag should always be used as Page Title.
H2 and H3 tag should be used for Sub-Title.

Make sure that your search keyword phrases are included in H1, H2 and H3 Tags.

Also use Bold tag to highlight keyword phrases in your web page content.

What is SEO?

SEO is the process to get website on the first page of search engine search result. Broadly SEO has 2 Types of Optimization-
1. On page Optimization
2. Off page Optimization

On Page Optimization-
1. This process is about working on your web page content. Web page url, title, meta description, meta keywords, page header, bold tags, web page contents. SEO has set of algorithm. SEO professional must be able to match that algorithm. All targeted keywords must be present in all the above mentioned aspects of any web page.

2. Generate Sitemap and submit it to Search Engines Webmaster Tools.

Off Page Optimization-
This process helps search engines to know more about your website or web pages through external sources like-

  • Social Media
  • Blogs
  • Videos
  • Directory Submissions
  • Free Press Article
